Never trade these for common uniques as shako, arach, soj, etc. Their current real price is around 16-18 Ist. Cham and Zod are not worth much, as these are not used in many runewords (Zod is almost useless as it is only used in one runeword that gets beaten by another runeword requiring only Lo rune)
